Founder & Director of Operations
Cody oversees dispatch structure, compliance strategy, DataQs preparation support, CSA performance guidance, and analytics oversight. With extensive long-haul driving experience, he built LMG to close the gap between field reality and administrative requirements.
He ensures that every operational process inside LMG reflects real-world trucking conditions.
Tracy Ostrom
Co-Founder & Director of Mental Health & Family Support
Tracy leads LMG's mental-health and family-focused initiatives. She oversees structured support systems designed to address burnout, resilience, relationship strain, and the psychological demands of long-haul trucking.
Her leadership ensures the human side of the industry is not ignored.
Michigan Operations Center
LMG operates a Michigan-based home office staffed by 24 trained dispatch and compliance agents.
This division handles:
