Logistic Mindset Group was founded in 2013 by long-time truck driver Cody Ostrom. LMG wasn't built in a boardroom—it was built in the cab of a truck, through breakdowns, renegotiated contracts, and years on the road.

When Tracy Ostrom joined the mission, she brought her own story of resilience, mental health struggles, and family life in trucking. Together, Cody and Tracy turned LMG into more than a service company. It's a community where drivers feel seen, heard, and never alone—whether they're a customer or not.
