The Story Behind LMG
Cody Ostrom founded Logistic Mindset Group after years on the road as a long-haul truck driver. As someone who understands autism, PTSD, compliance pressure, and the mental grind of trucking, Cody built LMG to give drivers something structured, practical, and protective.
Tracy Ostrom became an essential force behind the mission — expanding the platform beyond operations and compliance into family strength, emotional resilience, and long-term sustainability.
